Backend development

Python, FastAPI and Pydantic. REST API design, data validation, authentication and OpenAPI documentation. Testing, version control with Git and software development best practices.

Generative AI

RAG architectures, LLM-as-a-judge evaluation, prompt engineering and lightweight fine-tuning. Integration of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI and open-source models.

Machine learning and NLP

Deep learning with PyTorch, natural language processing and named entity recognition with spaCy and Hugging Face. Experience in forecasting, text analysis and machine learning applications in health.

Data and automation

Data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes with Python, Airflow and Prefect. Automation with n8n and API integrations. Data visualisation and interactive dashboards with Streamlit.

Data extraction

Web scraping with BeautifulSoup, Playwright and Scrapy. Pagination, cleaning, deduplication and data structuring for analysis.
